Villa Boljuncica is a holiday villa with a large private pool. It is located in a small village Katun Boljunski under the mountain Učka which is a nature park. Enjoy the wonderful view at Učka, the surrounding foresty countryside, green hills and valleys, the medieval town Boljun. House is located near a small river Boljunčica around which live many animals.

This is an ideal place to escape from city bustle and the hectic pace of everyday life. If you want to ride, hike, milk cows or sheep, ride a bike, parachutesail with the top of Učka, pick mushrooms, asparagus, forest strawberries, beautiful cyclamen, or simply enjoy in the sun by the pool while listening how the birds are singing, this is the right place for you. House consists of two units, one appartment on the first and one on the ground floor and is ideal for two families who want to spend their holiday together. Units are interconnected with external stairs.
